### 1. Strict No-Refund and No-Return Policy (All Sales Are Final)
* **No Returns / Refunds**: We do not accept returns and do not offer cash or monetary refunds under any circumstances once an order has been successfully delivered to the customer. All purchases are final.
* **Exchange Only for Damage in Transit**: We only accept replacements or exchanges in the rare event that a product is delivered in a damaged or defective condition.
* **Mandatory Unboxing Video Proof**: To claim an exchange/replacement for a damaged item, you must send a continuous, uncut, and raw unboxing video (showing the sealed package being opened and the defect clearly visible) to our support team at **auraandglam@gmail.com** or via WhatsApp within **24 hours of delivery**. Claims made without this video evidence or past the 24-hour window will not be entertained.

### 2. Order Cancellation Policy
* **Pre-Dispatch Cancellations**: You may request to cancel your order and receive a full refund only **before the order has been dispatched** from our warehouse.
* **Post-Dispatch Policy**: Once the order is dispatched and handed over to our shipping/courier partners, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or recalled under any circumstances.
* **Refusal of Delivery**: Refusing to accept delivery of a dispatched order does not entitle you to a refund. Standard recovery charges for return shipping will be applied.
